We're expanding the payload for transaction* webhooks to include buyer information and billing details, giving you fuller visibility into who's behind a transaction without needing a follow-up API call.

What's changing

These transaction* webhooks will now carry buyer info and billing details for each transaction:

• buyer_id
• buyer_display_name
• buyer_external_identifier
• buyer_account_number
• buyer_billing_details 

What you may want to do

Because buyer's billing detail includes personal data (name, email, phone, address, tax ID), it's worth checking how your integration handles webhook payloads today. If you log payloads as-is and would rather not store personal data, filter these fields out before logging.

No other changes are needed, all existing fields and behaviour stay exactly as they are.
