You can only export a maximum of 100k transactions at one time. If the number of transactions listed in the payment dashboard is more than 100k, continue to refine the search filters until it returns a number of transactions below the maximum limit before you hit the Export button.
To export your transactions, go via the Transactions search page
- At the right hand corner of the transaction listing data table, you will see the Export button and you can easily export your payments
- The Export canvas will be loaded on right side of the screen
- Select Export view and you will see the Select export output modal. This will allow you to select or deselect or re-order fields for Export CSV
- Select Export to start export CSV processing. The status change journey will look like Starting > Processing > Completed or Failed
- If you want to cancel the export operation, select Cancel to stop the processing
- The Download button will appear after successful export completion. You will see a toast message on the top for download completion or failure. Select the link to download your export CSV which will be downloaded in compressed GZIP file. You can retrieve export CSV by decompressing this GZIP file.
