Troubleshooting
If you're having issues logging in the Connect Portal ensure you have performed the following steps:
- Check that you are entering the right password. Reset your password if you have forgotten.
- If you believe you are not receiving a One Time Password (OTP), ensure that you did not set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using an authenticator app on your device. If you have changed your phone number or device recently, get your Technical Admin to delete your account and add it back.
If you are still having issues, reach out to your Technical Admin and get them to delete and add back your account.
Blocked accounts
If you cannot access your account or you have received an email letting you know your account is temporarily blocked, our system has detected suspicious activity from your account. For your protection, Wpay has temporarily blocked access. This means that you will be unable to log in or perform any actions associated with your account until the issue is resolved.
You will receive an email with a link to unblock your account or alternatively, you can reset your password by selecting the Forgot Password option on the login page. Your admin can also unblock your account from the User Listing in their User Management settings.
