Transaction listing screen

We've enhanced the Transaction Listing filters to make searching and sorting faster and more accurate.

• Filter by Terminal ID: You can now filter all transactions by a specific Terminal ID.
• New Reconciliation ID Filter: Easily find transactions using the new Reconciliation ID column. This ID is also included in your CSV export file.
• Improved Search: We've enhanced the Store ID and Buyer Name filters to deliver more accurate search results.

Transaction details screen

We've upgraded the Transaction Details screen to give you more clarity on your gift card sales and payment statuses.

• Expanded Gift Card Information: For easier tracking, you'll now see more details for gift card transactions such as Card program group type, Card type, Design code, Issuer name and Card issuing mode
• Faster Troubleshooting for Failed Refunds: When a refund fails, the Payment Timeline will now display additional fields. This extra information will help you quickly investigate the reason for the failure.
