Purpose

To locate a specific terminal in PaySuite using the Terminal ID (TID), terminal serial number (SN) or terminal name.

Instructions

1. Log into PaySuite using your user name and password.

The navigation pane, on the left side of the page, contains a list of all support documents.  

2. Go to: ‘Management Section’.

3. Click ‘Terminal Management’ to open the ‘Reseller Detail’ page.

   NOTE: The system is set to automatically use the terminal Serial Number (SN).  

4. Enter the serial number of the terminal and click the search icon (looks like a magnifying glass).

Or to search by TID or Name:

1. Click the drop down menu next to ‘SN’. 
2. Select preferred search option (TID or Name).
3. Enter the search value.
4. Click the search icon.

5. Click on the specific terminal you are searching for in the list of terminals.
