View application and firmware version in PaySuite

Purpose

Know how to locate the version of the PaySuite software application and firmware.

Steps

  1. Logon to PaySuite with the appropriate credentials.
  2. Search for the Terminal Identification number (TID). 

NOTE:   For more information on how to do this, go to ‘How to Search for a Device’.

  1. Once the device is located, click on the device record to access the 'Terminal Dashboard', where all device information is displayed.
  1. On the dashboard, select ‘App & Firmware’ from the 'Navigation Panel'.  

NOTE:  The 'Navigation Panel' is where the installed firmware version number is found. (see next screenshot).

  1. Under 'Installed Apps', select ‘App Store’ to display all installed apps, their versions numbers and date/ time last updated.
