Introduction 

PaySuite is a Terminal Management System (TMS) that supports the Linkly Pay App and PAX terminals. It is provided by Wpay to our ISO customers. It includes the TMS system and tools to manage and support the PAX terminals and supporting terminal management applications, such as Air Viewer.  

Monitoring Tools

Monitoring Tools include

• Dashboard for live metrics
• Alerts for notifications 
• Terminal Geo-location for tracking the physical location of the devices. 

These tools provide real-time visibility of the status of the terminals and notes key events within the application. They are designed to help users track performance, identify issues quickly to minimise or eliminate interruptions to day-to-day operation.

Dashboard

The dashboard is a dynamic, visual interface that provides a clear and organised overview of information and data that is frequently updated. 

It is the central hub where users can quickly view, track and interact with the features of the application.

Alerts

Alerts are notifications within the application that inform users about important updates or issues to keep them informed and know when to take action when something needs attention—such as ‘Terminal Tampering’ or ‘Low battery’, etc.

Geo-Location

Geo location refers to a feature that determines a device's physical location using GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP address.  

This is often used to enhance security, or provide location-specific features within the application.

Task

‘Task’ is a tool that highlights specific functions that can be performed on the application.  It includes the:

• App list - that displays available applications.
• Firmware list - shows available firmware.
• My activity - helps users track recent activity within the application.

App List

The ‘App List’ presents applications or modules available within the platform.

Firmware List

The ‘Firmware List’ showcases available firmware versions for the devices.

My Activity

The ‘My Activity’ provides a comprehensive log of the actions and interactions occurring within the application.

Management

‘Management’ includes tools to help users organise and control terminals. 

• Terminal management includes tools to help users organise and control terminals, allow users to monitor and manage devices
• Group Management enables users to create and manage groups of devices.  (Access to create groups is based on the user’s access level.

Terminal Management

‘Terminal Management’ is a set of tools and features that allow users to configure, monitor, and control the devices or terminals connected to the system. This includes:

• managing terminal settings.
• monitoring performance.
• updating firmware.
• ensuring devices are operating efficiently and securely.

Group Management

‘Group Management’ gives users the tools to create, organize, and manage groups of users, devices or resources within the system. 

It enables administrators to assign roles, set permissions, and streamline access control, making it easier to manage multiple users or items at once.

 Value Added Services

Value-added services are additional features or benefits offered by Wpay to enhance the user experience beyond the core functionality of the application. These services often provide extra convenience, customisation or support

Air viewer

AirViewer is a remote assistance tool that gives customers the ability to remotely share and control their terminals from anywhere at any time over the Internet.  

It provides a user-friendly interface for:

• tracking performance
• checking system status
• ensuring everything is functioning smoothly.

System

General Setting

The ‘General Settings’ page gives users the ability to configure and customize the basic preferences and options of the application.

User Management

‘User Management’ allows administrators to create, manage, and organize user accounts within the application. 

User Admins can:

• add new users to PaySuite
• assign appropriate roles or permissions
• view a list of all users with access to the application, including Active and Registered users.

Report Center

The Report Center is a central source of truth where users can:

• Access
• Generate
• manage various reports within the application. 

It allows users to view detailed insights, track performance, and analyse data, so they have what they need to make informed decisions based on customisable or pre-configured report templates.
